Beatrice C Neill (Churchill)

Beatrice C. Neill, passed away surrounded by the legacy of a life rooted in family, resilience, and devotion. Born on March 29, 1930, in Buffalo, New York, she was the daughter of Helen Churchill and Philip Churchill.

Beatrice grew up in Buffalo and graduated from Kensington High School in 1948. On November 23, 1950, she married the love of her life, James J. Neill Jr., also of Buffalo. Together they built a family grounded in strong values and enduring love.

In December 2005, Beatrice moved to Fort Worth, Texas, where she continued to be surrounded by family and the warmth of her growing legacy.

Beatrice was a devoted mother to her three children: Patricia Neill Colin of Rochester, New York; Kathleen Neill Failinger of Forney, Texas; and James J. Neill III of Fort Worth, Texas. She cherished her sons-in-law, Daniel Colin and Eric Failinger, as part of her extended family.

She was a proud and loving grandmother to Kelly McKernan Manard (husband Thomas Manard) of Syracuse, New York; Amy Colin of Rochester, New York; Randy Failinger (wife Stephanie) of Princeton, Texas; and Cody Failinger (wife Melissa) of Roanoke, Texas.

Her joy multiplied with her great-grandchildren: James Manard and Ryan Manard of Syracuse, New York; and Brooklyn, Mackenzie, and Colton Failinger of Roanoke, Texas.

Beatice was preceded in death by her loving husband, James; sister, Patricia Churchill Moyle, and her brother, Thomas Churchill.

Beatrice will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her strength through life’s challenges, and the deep connections she maintained across generations. Her life was a testament to devotion, perseverance, and the importance of family bonds. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
