Burial: 2:00pm Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas.
Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, James L. Speir and sisters, Betty, Judy and beloved dog Missy.
She is survived by her sons, Greg and Jim; brother, Bob Mann and wife, Darlene; and many other extended family and friends.
