Angelina Reyes, age 87, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2026. She was born on August 7, 1938, in Penjamillo, Michoacán de Ocampo, Mexico, to Alfonso Raya and Aurora Mojica Raya.

Angelina was united in marriage to the love of her life, Froilan Reyes, in 1955. Together they built a life rooted in love, faith, and devotion to family. A dedicated homemaker, Angelina found joy in caring for her home and family. She was especially known for her wonderful cooking and her talent for crocheting—gifts she shared generously with those she loved.

Angelina was preceded in death by her beloved daughters, Carmen Reyes and Dra. Lilia Reyes Raya.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Froilan Reyes; her children: Guadalupe Reyes, Froilan Reyes, Antonio Reyes, Javier Reyes, Jose Joel Reyes, Gerardo Reyes, and Maria Angelica Reyes; as well as 31 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Her legacy lives on through the many generations she nurtured with love, strength, and kindness.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lucas Funeral Home – Keller. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Lucas Funeral Home – Keller.

Angelina will be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a pillar of her family whose warmth and generosity touched all who knew her. Her memory will remain forever in the hearts of those she loved.

Angelina Reyes, de 87 años de edad, falleció en paz el 14 de enero de 2026. Nació el 7 de agosto de 1938 en Penjamillo, Michoacán de Ocampo, México, hija de Alfonso Raya y Aurora Mojica Raya.

Angelina unió su vida en matrimonio con el amor de su vida, Froilan Reyes, en el año 1955. Juntos construyeron una vida basada en el amor, la fe y la profunda devoción a su familia. Fue una dedicada ama de casa que encontró alegría en cuidar de su hogar y de los suyos. Era especialmente conocida por su excelente cocina y por su talento para tejer crochet, dones que compartía generosamente con quienes amaba.

La velación y reunión de familiares y amigos se llevará a cabo el martes 20 de enero de 2026, de 6:00 a 8:00 p.m., en Lucas Funeral Home – Keller. Los servicios funerarios se celebrarán el miercoles 21 de enero de 2026, a las 10:00 a.m., en Lucas Funeral Home – Keller.

Angelina será recordada como una esposa devota, una madre amorosa y un pilar fundamental de su familia. Su cariño y generosidad tocaron la vida de todos los que la conocieron, y su memoria vivirá por siempre en los corazones de quienes la amaron.
