Alvin Karl Estman Jr.

Alvin Karl Estman Jr., of Harlingen, Texas, passed away on the 19th of March in Euless, Texas.

He will always be remembered as a outdoor loving, family centric, gold mining man to all that knew and loved him. He was born on May 13th, 1949 in Harlingen, Texas to Alvin Karl Estman Sr. and Dorothy Estman. Alvin was an accomplished mason, earning an apprenticeship for masonry at a young age. Buildings he has helped build are all over Austin, Albuquerque, South Padre Island and Dallas / Fort Worth and are still standing to this day. He loved to mine for gold, he loved his dogs more than anything, sometimes even his own kids. Alvin is survived by his wife Janis, 2 sons Ryan and Aaron, his grandson Jessie, his sister Janice and brother Gary, his 2 dogs Daisy and Riley, and his cat Oscar.

The Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on the 11th of April at the Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to any Animal / Dog Shelter near you.
