United States Army Infantryman Alberio Igo Porto, 34, passed away on 18 December 2025. Born on 13 February 1991, Alberio was a man of conviction, strength, and quiet bravery. 

Alberio served his country with honor as an infantryman in the U.S. Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan. He was medically retired following injuries sustained on 16 November 2011 and was awarded the Purple Heart in recognition of his sacrifice. His service reflected his deep sense of duty and earned the respect of his fellow soldiers and the gratitude of his nation. 

Known for his loyalty, resilience, and steady presence, Alberio remained a source of support to friends, family, and fellow veterans. His life, though far too short, left a lasting impact on all who knew him. 

Alberio is survived by his loving family and a community of veterans who will forever honor his memory. He was preceded in death by those who came before him and now joins the ranks of heroes gone too soon. 

He will be remembered for his courage, his dedication to others, and the kindness he carried throughout his life. His legacy of service endures in the hearts of all who loved him.
