Aaron Jacob Lawson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Aaron Jacob Lawson on September 4th, 2026, at the young age of 53. Aaron was born March 2nd, 1973, in Muncie Indiana and was raised in both Georgia and Texas. He lived a life of love, kindness, compassion, and devotion to his family.

The celebration of life memorial service will be held on Tuesday September 15th, 2026, 2pm at Lucus Funeral Home 700 W. Wall Street, Grapevine TX, 76051, with reception and visiting with the family will directly follow the service at the funeral home until 4pm.

Aaron worked extremely hard in the Autobody industry early in his career, the last 25 years in Automotive Equipment Sales. He had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. He had a deep love for his family, friends, and dogs. He had a passion for music, art, guitars, and cars. Aaron was loved by so many, especially his family and will be missed beyond measure!

Aaron was the loving Husband of Kathleen Lawson, and proud Father/Stepfather of Ryan Lawson, Ev Lawson, Zach Blackman, Ashley Williams. He was so excited to meet his first grandchild Weston Lawson and loved him so much already. He was also cherished by Mother Jill Lawson, Father Doug Lawson, Stepmother Vera Lawson, two sisters, Amber Lawson and Mandie Fuller, and two stepsisters, Tatiana Stahn and Monica Rubits. Aaron had a beautiful blended family and loved his seven Nieces and Nephews, extended family and friends.
