A Memorial Gathering will be from 2 PM until 4 PM at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.
Michael is preceded in death by his son, Eric Splawn.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Jean Splawn; son, Corey Splawn; parents, Jewel and Melvin Splawn; grandson, Dylan Splawn; brother, Marty Splawn and wife Pam; nephew, Jeff Splawn and wife Brittany; nieces, Brittney Logan and husband Brandon, Courtney Reyes; great nieces and great nephews, Ella, Nolan, Austin, Olivia, Kingston, Brookleyn, Blaire, Blake, Bailey and Renny.
